International Deliveries
We do not currently ship our products abroad.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not delighted with your product please return it to us within 20 days of shipping for a refund of the product’s purchase price. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded, in the same manner as it was paid, after we have received the return. We will not be able to refund on personalised items if there is a spelling mistake which is down to customer error. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged. Orders of personalized items may not be cancelled once the template process has begun - this is usually within a day or so of receiving the order.
Damaged Goods
We will be happy to replace any products that might be damaged during shipping. Should an item arrive to you damaged, please report it immediately. We must be notified of damages to products within 72 hours of delivery. Notification may be provided by phone, e-mail, or through our contact us page.
Errors
Though we do our best to minimize errors, mistakes can still happen. Please contact us immediately to report any errors (within 24 hours of order receipt). We will do our best to correct errors promptly and efficiently. Error correction is limited to replacement or refund of the incorrect items only (not your entire order).
Deliver Delays
No refunds will be made nor are we to be held liable for delivery delays, lost or damaged packages due to bad weather, natural or man-made disasters, acts of war, terrorist attacks or any other event beyond our control.
